These terms apply when you buy tickets for Cedar Cove Resort on this website.

Your ticket
A dated ticket is only valid on the visit date you choose at checkout. Keep the confirmation email and the code or QR to enter.

Prices
Prices include VAT.

Changes and closures
Rides, shows and opening hours can change. If we close the park for weather or safety before you arrive, contact us about a refund or a new date.

Refunds
Contact us if you need to change or cancel. We will tell you what we can do for your booking.

Park rules
Height limits, age limits and safety rules apply. We can refuse entry if a ticket is misused.
